Toyota’s C-HR Interior is Out of This World

Back in 2014, Toyota Motor Corp. stunned the world with its futuristic CH-R, or Coupe High-Rider concept. The edges and contours make it look more spaceship than CUV. Many professionals within the automotive industry have made assurances that this was just a concept car and that it would never hit production. However, Toyota remains determined to set the record straight, having just revealed the interior of the CH-R in June 2016.

Black leather and a blue swatch run across the length of the dash. The upholstery mimics the dash design and everything looks like it’s time traveled decades from the future that grace your eyes wherever you look at it. Toyota has also assured us that the blue accents from the concept will also be offered in dark grey, and brown color scheme options with the possibility of others to follow before the vehicle hits dealerships in the near future. The head unit of the CH-R sits at the very top center of the dash with a slight angle towards the driver for a more commanding view, and features Toyota’s latest multi-media ’16 navigation platform complete with various apps and enhanced connectivity.
