2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Features, Engine and Arrival Date

One of the most highly anticipated Honda vehicles of the year has finally been unveiled. The 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback, which made its initial debut in concept form earlier this year, now has a production form. We have been extremely excited about this vehicle ever since it was announced, and now we are happy to tell you all about the 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback features, engine options and arrival date.

Outstanding Technology Options in the 2017 Civic Hatchback

Similar to what the 2016 Honda Civic Sedan and 2016 Honda Civic Coupe models received, the 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback will be receiving a wide range of great new technology options. These include the quick, responsive HondaLink infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as the Honda Sensing suite of driver assist technologies to help prevent accidents from occurring. Technologies included in the Honda Sensing suite include a Collision Mitigation Braking System, Road Departure Mitigation, and Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow.

Manual or Automatic Transmission Options

One of the most exciting developments with the 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback is that you will be able to choose between either a 6-speed manual or a sporty CVT with the standard 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. This engine produces either 174 horsepower in the LX, EX and EX-L trims or 180 horsepower in the Sport and Sport Touring trims. It will also be extremely fuel efficient, capable of getting up to *40 mpg on the highway, 31 mpg in the city and 34 mpg combined
